How do I undelete an Employee in iVisitor?

Veristream has added the capability for customer's to undelete (unarchive) Employees that were inadvertently deleted. To undelete a user, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into iVisitor
  2. Select Employee Setup on the left menu bar
  3. Check the box next to "View Deleted Employees"
  4. Find the deleted employee in RED
  5. Click the Undelete button


If you do not have the Employee Setup menu bar or do not see the "View Deleted Employees" check box, your user authority does not have the privileges necessary to perform those actions.  You will need to contact your iVisitor Administrator (or building security office) to obtain the correct authority level.

Unfortunately, Veristream Customer Support does not have the authority to update user information including user authority and passwords,
