How do I enable text messages?

All of your user information is managed inside the iVisitor application.  The first step to update your profile is to log in to iVisitor.

When you are logged into iVisitor, the MY PROFILE link at the top right of the page.

To enable text messaging:

  1. Log in to iVisitor with the link provided by your company or building
  2. Click the "My Profile" link at the top right of the page to access the MY PROFILE page.
  3. Type in your mobile phone number in the Mobile Phone box.
  4. Select your mobile phone carrier from the Carrier drop down box.
  5. Click on "Save" to save the changes.

When scheduling a visitor, make sure to check the box next to E-Mail Host on Arrival.  You will now receive SMS text messages when your visitor checks in to visit you.
