Your email address is managed inside the iVisitor application. The first step to change your email address is to log in to iVisitor.
When you are logged into iVisitor, the MY PROFILE link at the top right of the page allows the current user to change their profile information including your email address.
To change your email address:
- Log in to iVisitor with the link provided by your company or building
- Click the "My Profile" link at the top right of the page to access the MY PROFILE page.
- Type in your new email address.
- Click on "Save" to save the changes.
Please note, if you are part of an organization that uses single sign on (SSO), your email address may automatically be defaulted back to the address that your organization has on file for you. If this happens, please contact your iVisitor administrator to have them change your email address in the system of record.
